Edible Roots – Fazenda Bella

Edible roots are nutrient-rich vegetables that grow underground, providing essential fiber, vitamins, and minerals.

At Fazenda Bella, we cultivate organic cassava (aipim) in pink and white varieties, using organic and regenerative practices that promote living soils and biodiversity. Our production is aimed at supplying raw materials for the food and beverage industry, especially for clean-label products, single-strength pulps, flours, and natural preparations.

Pink Cassava (Aipim Rosa)
Pink cassava is a table cassava variety developed by EMBRAPA, featuring pink flesh with high levels of lycopene, a natural antioxidant. When cooked, it turns orange-reddish, with a mild flavor and culinary versatility. Ideal for pulp, flour, purees, chips, and natural blends, preserving nutrients and flavor.

White Cassava (Aipim Branco)
White cassava is a traditional variety widely used in Brazilian cuisine. Rich in fiber, B vitamins, vitamin C, and minerals, it can be consumed boiled, fried, roasted, or processed into flours and industrial products.
